The Jerusalem Cross was first used as a coat of arms for the Latin Kingdom in Jerusalem. During the Crusades, it was referred to as the "Crusaders Cross". The four small crosses are symbolic of the four Gospels proclaimed to the four corners of the earth, beginning in Jerusalem; the large cross symbolizes the person of Christ.                               Saints Peter & Paul Church

Greetings and all good things to you!

Welcome to Sts. Peter and Paul Parish of Reading in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Our parish was founded in 1850 in a suburb of Cincinnati which was formerly called Voorhees Town,  later changed to Reading. As you look at our parish website you will find a very interesting history of Sts. Peter and Paul and many links to other websites as well. We hope you enjoy your visit to our parish through this site.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, smile kindly upon you and give you His peace.

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Rev. David Howard,  Pastor
